The City of Huntington Park (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professional planning, environmental, water engineering firms to draft and complete the Water Master Plan. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email: Cesar Roldan, Director of Public Works E-mail: croldan@hpca.gov Questions regarding this proposal shall be submitted via email by 5:00 PM, November 27, 2023. In response to all questions received by this date, City will issue an Addendum on or before 5:00 PM, December 1, 2023. The addendum will be emailed to all RFP recipients on record. The City reserves the right to reject all responses to this request at any time prior to contract execution, or only award a partial contract for a limited scope of work. The City reserves the right to request or obtain additional information about any and all proposals.
