Renovation of a municipal facility in Citrus Heights, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 95-square-foot municipal facility.

The furnishing to the Citrus Heights Water District ("District") of Design-Build services for Tenant Improvements. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the District. Clarifications Issued by District on or before 5:00 pm Monday, October 2, 2023 All requests for information and/or clarification must be submitted to Rebecca Scott at (916) 735-7705 or rscott@chwd.org Friday, September 29 The project consists of converting a large storage closet into an office space. Please note that this is a design-build project, which requires the contractor to finalize the construction plans for electrical and HVAC in order to complete the project as shown on the Preliminary Costing Plans. In addition, the contractor must provide itemized pricing for the various options included in the Preliminary Costing Plans. Upon selection of the contractor, the District will review the options and decide on the final design. At that time, the Architect will complete final base Plans for use by the Contractor. The contractor is required to submit and obtain all building permits from the City of Citrus Heights, including calling for the required inspections. The successful Proposer must also submit all material samples to the District for approval prior to their use.
