Please note that this is a design-build project, which requires the contractor to finalize the construction plans for electrical and HVAC in order to complete the project as shown on the Preliminary Costing Plans. In addition, the contractor must provide itemized pricing for the various options included in the Preliminary Costing Plans. Upon selection of the contractor, the District will review the options and decide on the final design. At that time, the Architect will complete final base Plans for use by the Contractor. The contractor is required to submit and obtain all building permits from the City of Citrus Heights, including calling for the required inspections. The successful Proposer must also submit all material samples to the District for approval prior to their use.
