Sign Fabrication and Installation MPA Sign Fabrication and Installation MPA, Interior & Exterior Signage Term Contract, All Massport Facilities. Work includes: Removal of existing signage, fabrication and installation of new sign panels, boxes, frames and supports; removal and replacement of existing sign panels; modification or repair of existing sign systems. Any inquires by bidders as to interpretations of the Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, or other Contract Documents must be submitted to CPBidQuestions@massport.com with the MPA Project Number referenced in the subject line, not later than seven (7) days before the advertised date for submission. The bid bond, except those of the three lowest Bidders, will be returned within five (5) days, (Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded,) following the opening of the bids. The others will be retained until the execution of the Contract. Performance and Payment bonds shall be required for the faithful performance of the Contract, payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith, and other attendant obligations in such sum (or sums) as may be fixed by the Authority in the Bid Proposal. The surety shall be a surety company or securities satisfactory to the Authority. The Contract duration shall be for One Thousand and Ninety Five (1095) calendar days after Notice to Proceed
