Pavement Milling and Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement Overlaying at Various Locations. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-bid) The work consists of pavement milling and hot mix asphalt pavement overlaying at various locations throughout the Town at the direction of the Superintendent of Public Works or his representatives. The work to be done shall also include saw cutting, adjustment of utility structures (if directed), and all other miscellaneous and incidental work required to complete the project. Contractor must be Per-qualified (or officially waived contractor) with the class of work as "Pavement Surfacing" at the time of the bid opening. All Bidders questions are due by no later than 4:00 p.m., October 5 th , 2023. Bidders shall make written request to Benny L. Hung, P.E.
