Reference Number 0000331309 The Academy District 20 (ASD20) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide District wide elevator modernization and maintenance. The contractor selected to do the maintenance will be the contractor to perform the modernization of our elevators. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with this solicitation, specifications, and attachments. The contractor is responsible for providing proper health and sanitation facilities for its employees, in compliance with any rules and regulations of the State Board of Health or any other bodies having jurisdiction. Failure of the Offeror to provide in its offer any information requested in the RFP may result in rejection.
