The Contract provides improvements of the existing treatment facility. The facility improvements will consist of: 1. Demolition of five existing blowers and their associated piping, valves, and appurtenances while allowing the WRF to maintain permit-compliant operation. 2. Installation of three new blowers. 3. Construction of new piping from three new blowers to connect into existing piping. 4. Completion of an Arc Flash Study as required by electrical code. 5. Associated structural, architectural, electrical, and controls modifications and upgrades required by the process upgrades and applicable codes and standards. 6. Completion of as-built survey and submittal of as-built drawings.
