Trails at Aspen Ridge Filing No. 3 Landscape & Irrigation improvements shall consist of mobilization, bonds, insurance, permitting, concrete flatwork, park amenities, playground structures, seeding, irrigation, planting, soil prep, and any and all other work necessary to complete the work in accordance with Contract Documents including the plans and specifications. Any questions concerning this bid shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 11th, 2023, and must be directed in writing to: Chase Hanusa, PE; chanusa@idesllc.com and Andrew Gaittens; agaittens@idesllc.com. Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
