The Village of Ferryville hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received for the completion of the 2024 Sanitary Sewer Improvements project. PROJECT: The Work is officially known as 2024 Sanitary Sewer Improvements, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to complete the following: Remove and replace sanitary sewer pump stations #1 & 4. Line existing manholes with geopolymer. Remove and replace existing manholes. Line existing 8" sanitary sewer mains with CIPP liner. Line sewer services with CIPP liner. Remove and replace existing 8" sanitary sewer main with new 8" sanitary sewer main. Remove and replace existing sewer services. Horizontal directional drilling of new 6" forcemain. Work is located within village rights of way and utility easements in the Village of Ferryville, Crawford County, Wisconsin. BID SECURITY: In accordance with bidding requirements set forth in Wis. Stats. 62.15(3), all bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond on the prescribed form payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the Total Bid as guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Agreement, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certifications, as required by the Contract Documents. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of Owner.
