Countywide Miscellaneous Concrete Construction. Question Deadline 10/20/2023 at 10:00 AM CT Questions shall be emailed to Kimberly Birge-Gorman at kbirge@washingtonfl.com It is the respondents responsibility to determine if a license is required in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 489 and the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation to provide services under this contract. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, equipment, and other items required in order to provide countywide miscellaneous concrete construction services on an asneeded basis for various roadways throughout Washington County, as needs are identified, and funding is available. The services include but may not be limited to constructing concrete headwalls, concrete ditch pavement, concrete mitered end sections, or other miscellaneous concrete construction as determined by the county. All work shall be performed as needed in accordance with the task work order provided for each project. The contract's duration will be for three (3) years with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals. All construction shall be in accordance with the current edition of the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the FDOT Standard Plans in effect at the time of construction
