Description

Site work and renovation of a detention facility in Dorchester, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.

This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase process: the second phase (Phase Two) invites qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The work covered under this project consists of electrical and mechanical upgrades; installing exterior cladding and a section of metal roof; asbestos removal in the main gym; patch and paint work; install and remove temporary fencing. The work location is Building B8 (Gym) Dorchester Penitentiary, Dorchester, New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.061838.001. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 64 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
