Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dorchester, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 576-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.

The work to be done under this contract will consist of the design, supply and construction of a new approx. 24 ft x 24 ft storage building for the Zamboni at the Dorchester Outdoor Rink, School Street Dorchester. A Bid Bond of 10% or a Certified Cheque of 15% of the total tendered price is required with the tender submission. Specifications and Instructions to tenderers are contained in the Town of Sackville (2015), Standard Municipal Specifications available for purchase at Municipal Hall. An electronic pdf copy of the tender documents can be e-mailed at no cost, or a hard copy of the tender documents may be purchased for the sum of $100.00 per set.
