The City of Edmonton is looking to address the following in Mary Burlie Park: Chinatown Strategy Action 13 that directs the redevelopment of the space to improve destination appeal and functionality The long standing community safety and security concerns through improved design The park's overall site condition which has a reputation for being uninviting, having low surveillance opportunity, being poorly monitored and maintained, as well as being avoided by the general public contributing to a concentration of unfavorable behavior the scope of work will include concept design, design development, detailed design, and construction documentation and support that re-envisions the Mary Burlie Park area. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
