Proposals for the provision of construction management services as a standing offer for various projects, as specified in this Request for Proposal. The intention of this RFP is to retain a qualified and experienced Construction Manager(s) to provide construction management services to NorQuest College. NorQuest College intends to enter into an Agreement with the successful proponent(s) for an initial term of three (3) years, with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, subject to continuing acceptable performance at NorQuest College's sole and unfettered discretion. The selected CM(s) are expected to complete numerous construction projects in the required timeframes. The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/12/01. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
