Site work for a water / sewer project in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the cleaning and televising of approximately 169,200 LF of 6 through 78 diameter sanitary sewer piping, and manholes located throughout the City of Camden. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten (10) percent of Bidder s Bid price, but not in excess of $20,000, and in the form of a certified check or bank money order or a Bid Bond. Bids shall be on a lump sum as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject all of the Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to abandon the project, to waive any or all minor informalities in any Bid received and to accept the lowest responsible responsive bid all in accordance with applicable law. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
