The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel, power, water and performing all work as required in the Statement of Work in the contract, in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail drawings as may be furnished by the ENGINEER from time to time during the prosecution of the work in explanation of said drawings. Milling and Resurfacing of Various Streets The right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law is expressly reserved by the authority of the City Council of the City of Camden Each bid must be accompanied by Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond to the order of the City of Camden, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the sum of the bid but not in excess of $20,000.00 together with a non-collusion affidavit.
