Scope includes demolishing the existing two-lane asphalt roadway and reconstructing it as a two-lane concrete roadway from FM 517 to 20th Street. Other improvements include constructing a sidewalk along the west side of the roadway, installing a storm sewer system, relocating water and sanitary sewer utilities, driveways, traffic control, SWPPP, and re-grading the existing roadside ditch to positively drain into the storm sewer via type E inlets.
