Located west of Hwy 3 and south of the Retreat at Texas City Apartments. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Texas City Independent School District is seeking proposals for CALVIN VINCENT EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER. The scope of work includes the construction of a new 66,009 square foot early childhood center with classrooms, a parent conference room, two interior playgrounds with new playground equipment and play structure. The new construction includes new concrete parking lots, drives, a detention pond, a new building marquee, decorative metal fencing with new landscaping and a service yard with mechanical equipment. Also, it will include a kitchen, multi-purpose indoor play space with a music room. This new facility is a one-story structure adjacent to Retreat of Texas near Highway 3 and FM 1764. The construction budget for this project is anticipated to be $32,000,000. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 1-8-2024.
