The City of Keene is seeking bids to prepare the former Wheelock Park campground for use as a new dog park. The Work includes the following: 1. Remove remaining campground facilities: a. Cast-in-place concrete campfire slabs: Up to 24 total. b. Water Services: Up to 16 total. c. Electric Services: Up to 15 total. d. Treated wood campground marker posts: Up to 44 total 2. Install new water service: a. Service meter pit to be installed by Keene Water Personnel. b. 310 l.f. 3/4 " cts water service. c. Three watering points with service plumbing, exterior self-closing spigot, support post, & drainage pit. d. Draining curb stop with dewatering pit. 3. Construct chain link fence: a. 1,090 l.f. 5' high metallic coated chain link fence. b. 110 l.f. 5' high metallic coated chain link fence with vinyl privacy slats. c. Two 10' wide maintenance gates with lockable drop bolt. d. Four 3' wide access gates with lockable fork latch. 4. Construct concrete pads at entrances: a. Three 10' by 10' x 4" thick concrete entrance slabs.
