In the past, city staff has reviewed these improvement plans, modified with comments, and returned plans to the developer or engineer for revisions and additional design considerations. Plans are reviewed and commented on until all comments and corrections have been addressed, and they are, in the opinion of the City Engineer, approvable for construction. The City now wishes to outsource plan checking services to qualified individuals or firms.
