Renovation of an educational facility in Shafter, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remodel of an existing administration space with-in to create a nurse isolation area. Provide mechanical upgrades to the remodeled area with an upgraded filtration system to provide improvement of indoor air quality and reduce the possible transmission of viruses. Modify electrical systems including power, lighting, and fire alarm as required. Site work improvements to the path of travel serving the area. Remove & Replace existing HVAC units. Federal funds are being used either in whole or in part for this project (see the Instructions to Bidders), therefore this project is subject to, and CONTRACTOR must comply with, all applicable Federal laws including but not limited to the Federal Regulations set forth in CFR Title 2, Part 200. Accordingly, CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all such Federal requirements.
