The City of Keytesville is seeking sealed bids from companies capable of delivering one or both of the following services for the purpose of construction of an ADA compliant pedestrian asphalt trail in Maxwell Taylor Park: o Delivering and laying sub base rock, dimensions to be 6 inches deep for the entire length (2,600 ft) and width (6 foot wide); approximately 1,733 square yards (path will be laid out and prepared by City of Keytesville). o Delivering and laying asphalt 3 inches deep for the entire length and width of the trail (1,733 square yards). Please provide an expected time table for your firm's earliest delivery of services. The City of Keytesville hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry or national origin in consideration for an award.
