Merry-go-round Furnish 1 inclusive merry-go-round installed at an accessible level for those in mobility devices to transfer from their device to a seat with additional postural support. Approximate age 2 to 5 or 5 to 12 Years. All components and hardware to complete installation shall be supplied. Bench Furnish 2 outdoor benches with backs and armrests. Provide a description of materials, warranty information and provide a photo. All components and hardware to complete installation shall be supplied. Swing Bench Furnish 1 outdoor swing bench with back. Provide a description of materials, warranty information and provide a photo. All components and hardware to complete installation shall be supplied. Furnish 1 arch swing. Accessible with a transfer height for children using a wheelchair or other mobility device. Approximate age ranges 2 to 5 or 5 to 12 years. All necessary hardware and components for complete installation shall also be provided. Universal Swing Furnish 1 universal swing including an adult swing seat that encourages parents and adult caregivers to participate in play and an adaptive seat to provide additional support for children of all abilities. Age range 5-12. All components and hardware to complete installation shall be supplied. Universal Swing w/Toddler Seat Furnish 1 universal swing w/Toddler Seat. Seat designed for children ages 11-23 months. Designed for a young child and adult caregiver to swing face-to-face and eye-to-eye. All components and hardware to complete installation shall be supplied. Modular Playground Structure Furnish 1 playground structure. The structure shall include multiple play elements including a slide, climber, stairs, and a raised platform. The structure shall be designed for approximate ages 5 to 12, with a fall height of 6', a use zone (Length x Width) of around 47'-0" x 50'- 0" (14.32m x 15.24m) and be ADA compliant. All components and hardware to complete installation shall be supplied. This project is funded by an Inclusive Playground and Facility grant from the State of Tennessee, Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Cumberland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
