Polk County Solid Waste Department is currently accepting bids for Brush and Wood waste grinding for the Polk County Transfer Station in Mill Spring, NC. Bidders must be prepared to meet the following criteria. o The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, equip- ment, license, insurance, fuel and materials necessary to complete the project. o The final ground material should be cut small enough to be commercially marketable as mulch. o Grinding/Mulching area must be returned to usable working condition.
