o Conduct a facility audit of existing pool, pump room, and bath house. o Provide cost analysis for renovation, enclosing facility, and pump system upgrades. o Prepare a Facility Site Plan with recommended improvements, construction cost analysis and facility renderings. The OT Sloan pool was constructed in the 1970's and consists of a 360,000-gallon main pool, a 178,000 dive well, and children's wading pool. Due to the size and layout the pool facility operates 4 separate pump systems. Due to the age of the facility Lee County is experiencing regular maintenance issues. Lee County is accepting RFQs from qualified engineering firms to conduct an analysis of the OT Sloan pool and provide recommendations for renovation or replacement of the facility.
