Renovation of a municipal facility in Sanford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lee County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, any part of a bid and to waive the informalities & technicalities in the bidding procedure. Lee County is requesting an informal bid to replace the bathroom partitions at the Lee County Enrichment Center, located at 1615 South Third St, Sanford. The scope of work includes the demolition and disposal of 9 toilet partitions and 2 urinal screens and the purchase and replacement of said partitions and all related hardware. Partitions are to be solid plastic and bids should include all labor and materials. Partition color will be selected by Owner. Contractors can call General Services at 919-718-4622 to setup an appointment to view the project. Appointment times are available Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
