Contractors submitting bids for the performance of any Work as specified in this building Project should make such Bids to Hanover Community School Corporation. Contractors are advised that the Contract as finally entered into with any successful Bidder may be entered into with either the School Corporation or the Building Corporation or certain portions of the Contract may be entered into by both the School Corporation and the Building Corporation. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts. Questions for this Project shall be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect. Provided plans indicated new bleacher seating and sidewalks will be constructed on the north side of the Hanover Central High School football field. Additionally, an entrance canopy will be constructed on the east side of Jane Ball Elementary School. Structural loads were not available at the time of this investigation. Maximum structural loads of 20 kips for column loads were assumed. If actual structural loads differ from those mentioned above, they should be submitted to Alt & Witzig Engineering, Inc. for review. The grading plan was not available at the time of this investigation. However, it is anticipated that final grade will be constructed at or near the current ground surface. Once the grading plan is available, it should be submitted to Alt & Witzig Engineering, Inc. for review.
