Question Deadline 10/11/2023 at 5:00 PM ET This contract is for pressure washing of City owned sidewalks in the Central Business District. Also included in the contract is weed control from City owned sidewalks, grates and curblines. There are also bid alternates for increased pressure washing frequency, loose debris collection and cleaning of city owned garbage cans. This contract is for 1 year, but does contain the option for two additional one year contracts. A 3 percent price increase will be included with each extension.
