Renovation of a municipal facility in L'Assomption, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the l'Assomption city old courthouse located at 255-259 Saint-Etienne Street. The scope of work includes: - installation/replacement of gutters; - repair/replacement of roof ridges, flashings, cornices; - replacement of existing roof; - repair/replacement of doors and windows; - repair/replacement of balconies and stairs and - masonry work. TIMELINE: The project was not approved and was not included into the current three-year capital expenditure of the City for 2025-2027. Project was put on hold for an indefinite period. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
