Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Havana, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; for outdoor lighting for a stadium; and educational facility.
Stadium Lighting Replacement Work at the High School Stadium There is no charge for sets issued in electronic format Proposals shall be accompanied by Bid Guarantee in form of a Bid Bond for 5 percent of the gross amount of the bid, made payable as described in the Contract Document. Such bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages by the Bidder should he fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the following number of days: 10 after notification of acceptance of his proposal. All work performed on this project shall comply with Illinois Statutes concerning payment of prevailing wages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
