Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Estimate Construction Cost $120,000 In general, the work consists of: Remove and upgrade existing chiller control panel and provide complete overhaul of chiller. The Contractors commercial general liability insurance shall provide adequate protection against damage claims which may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the insured, and also against any of the special hazards which may be encountered in the performance of this contract. The Contractor is responsible for determining the special hazards that must be insured for on this project. Special hazards may include loading and unloading, excavating, filling, drilling, blasting, explosions, demolition, underpinning, elevator, or hoist. Insurer must also document on the insurance certificate that they have been notified, when applicable, of the Contractors involvement in asbestos abatement and that insurance coverage provided specifically covers that activity.
