Window Replacement at Various Housing Authority Properties 5% bid security is required. This is a federally-assisted project, and is therefore subject to the Copeland "Antikickback" Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and Executive Order 11246 ("Equal Employment Opportunity"), all as amended and supplemented in Department of Labor regulations.
