Reference Number 0000331495 The goal of this project is to develop a roadmap using updated water and wastewater models to identify capital improvements to sustainably provide resources at PWSD. PWSD has made every effort to define a comprehensive scope of services for this project; however, the Consultant is expected to develop additional ideas to ensure that issues are identified and evaluated beyond what has been described herein.
