Site work for a civil project in Gladewater, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project will include approximately 1,409 LF of 10" C-900 DR (PC 235) PVC waterline, 17 water service connections, 5 fire hydrants, 1,475 LF of 8" D2241 PR 160 SDR 26 PVC Sanitary Sewer Line, 5 manholes, 17 sewer service connections, 5,200 SY of Rework of Road Base, 572 Tons of HMAC, and other miscellaneous items of construction. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Gladewater, Texas. The project is to be fully complete within 150 calendar days from the notice to proceed The City of Gladewater reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price
