The contract will consist of pumping, transportation, and disposal of sludge generated by the Upper Bern Township Wastewater Treatment Plant (UBTWWTP) for the Calendar Year 2024. Current sludge testing results can be made available by request at the Township Building or via email at upper bern township @comcast.net. The contract shall include removing and hauling approximately 33,600 gallons per month of settled sludge (approximately 1.5% solids) from the UBTWWTP and disposing of it at an approved Department of Environmental Protection site Upper Bern Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
