Design Build Services for the Campus-EV Transformers Installation A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum proposal amount shall be submitted with each Proposal, which amount may be forfeited to the Board of Governors, Wayne State University, if the successful. Withdrawal of Proposals is prohibited for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Right to reject any and all proposals, either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities therein is reserved by the Owner. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the Proposals. Due Date for questions shall be October 11, 2023 at 12:00 Noon.
