All work is to be done in accordance with the latest industry standards. Any deviations from this scope of work shall be executed only after written approval is received. The Contractor shall be responsible for the safety and security of the site during this project. The Contractor shall use barriers where necessary. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying park staff at the end of each day before leaving to ensure the site is secure. All containers and trash shall be removed and disposed of off state property. The Contractor shall visit site to obtain accurate measurements. Scope: A. The contractor shall remove existing pool liner and install new 60-mil liner the same color and size that matches the existing liner. B. The contractor shall remove two existing drain covers and shall install new drain covers in same confirmation as existing covers C. The contractor shall remove termination strips and install new termination strips to match existing. D. The contractor shall remove bullnose strips on the steps and shall install new bull nose strips to match existing. E. The contractor shall install new pool cover and all necessary hardware. The cover is to match the existing cover. Please see Attachments for cover specs. F. The contractor shall provide filter media replacement in all filters. G. Each filter consists of 2800 pounds of #20 grade high purity sand and 700 pounds of pea gravel.
