The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Fungal decontamination and sealing work, change of all electromechanical installations. Envelope work, replacement of balconies and railings, doors and windows, masonry repair with the demolition and reconstruction of a section of wall above the front and rear awnings, improvement of ventilation. Waterproofing work, repair of the roof and solidification of the structure to the floor and roof are included. The work will be carried out in a building for families that includes three (3) floors and 12 units. During the work, the units will be vacant. Duration of work According to the current plan, it is expected that work will begin as soon as the commitment letter is signed, but this date may be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the amendment cannot be used to justify a request for an extra on the part of the successful tenderer. The work must be carried out within a maximum of 235 working days from the date of commencement of the work in the letter of commitment.
