Reference number : 1766359 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-10-10 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No Description: The mandate consists of carrying out modernization work on four (4) vertical transport devices (elevators), including the replacement of all mechanical and electrical equipment, the lifting system, automation, upgrading and upgrading. signaling, and to carry out the inspection and maintenance of these systems during the period of work and the warranty period. The mandate also includes electrical work for the power supply of the elevators, including demolition work and installation of a power cable for the main elevator panel and other related electrical work for the Rigaud building. The elevators will be upgraded two (2) at a time (in two phases), in order to keep two (2) operational at all times. Located at 425, rue Sherbrooke Est in Montreal. Duration: Work will begin around January 2024. Site Visit: As part of this call for tenders, an individual and supervised site visit is mandatory.
