A summary of the deficiencies requiring intervention is detailed below: In the parking areas at levels SS2 and SS1: 1.Surface cracks; 2. Crossing cracks with lots of efflorescence; In the mold walls at levels SS2, SS1 and 00: 1.Cracks with water infiltration; 2.Delamination of concrete from diaphragm walls with or without visible corroded reinforcement; 3.Exposed reinforcements with corrosion; 4.Vertical cracks in the diaphragm wall; 5.Delamination/bursting of the concrete of the gutter with visible corroded reinforcements. 6.the addition of fifteen (15) free lintels above existing openings in block walls providing access to the diaphragm walls Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
