Description of Work: The Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: Excavation - Common 5,000 Cy Aggregate Base, Class 5 8,000 Ton Bituminous Mixtures 4,400 Ton 8" & 12" Dip Watermain 4,500 LF Trenchless Watermain 1,600 LF Sanitary Sewer Lining 3,000 LF Concrete Walk 16,500 Sf Concrete Curb and Gutter 6,300 LF Concrete Walk 32,500 Sf Storm Structures (Varies) 85 LF Storm Structures (2'x3') 15 Ea Turf Restoration 3,700 SY together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, and Responsible Contractor Certification Est. Value Notes: $4.7M A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of South St. Paul shall accompany each bid. All work under the Contract must be complete by 11/01/24.
