2024 Miscellaneous Concrete Repair Project The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 L S Mobilization 45 E A Clear and Grub Tree 10,100 S F Remove Concrete Walk 9,800 S F 4" Concrete Walk 300 S F 6" Concrete Walk 1 L S Traffic Control 1 L S Site Restoration The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of South St. Paul shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued by the Owner in May 2024 The exact date of issuance will be determined based on the Contractors schedule. Construction shall start within seven days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2024. Substantial completion includes replacement of all sidewalk panels identified by engineer. Exceptions may apply. The Work will be ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 15, 2024. Final completion includes removal and replacement of damaged or settled concrete panels and resolving punch list items. prebid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
