The scope of work consists of reconstructing the street at the Wynne Sports Complex. The city reserves the right to reject any/all bids, in whole or part or to award items separately. The city encourages participation from MBE/DBE/WBE/SBA vendors. The scope of work consists of reconstructing the street in the Wynne Sports Complex beginning at the mid-point of the western roundabout continuing east through the eastern roundabout as well as rehabilitating the field as shown in the design plans. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
