Site work and new construction of a civil project in Wynne, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project generally consists of the construction of a wastewater pump station and approximately 6560 LF of 8-inch HDPE force main and appurtenances. Bids may be delivered by any means available except electronically (fax or email). Fax/email bids will not be considered. It is the bidder s responsibility to see that their bid is in the City Purchasing Office by the time stated above. Those not received by that time will not be considered. A performance and payment bond written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in Arkansas, in the amount of the contract, will be required on all contracts in excess of $20,000. For bids over $20,000, the contractor must be properly licensed for this activity prior to submitting a bid and provide proof thereof (show State contractor s license no.) with bid. Arkansas prevailing Wage Laws will apply as appropriate. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days of opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the Owner, accept the bid that is in the City s best interest. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids Question Deadline 02/19/2024 may not be answered.
