Suitable borrow material will be dredged from the Folly River Federal Channel and Folly River Borrow Area, Charleston County, South Carolina. The work includes before and after surveys of the beach areas and monitoring structures adjacent to Folly Beach during construction. The work includes complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act.
