* Providing and installing a new aluminum geodesic dome cover on an existing 70-ft inside dia. concrete tank. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Brian House at brianh@spicergroup.com with a copy sent to Wendy Kathrens at wendyk@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Thursday, October 12, 2023, may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
