Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Fruita, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Reference Number 0000331614 The City of Fruita is seeking proposals from qualified flooring contractors to install new ceramic tile in the men's and women's locker rooms as well as the family shower rooms at the Fruita Community Center (FCC). Prior to the installation, the existing tile will need to be removed and the bathroom partitions need to be carefully detached and set aside for reuse. The tile needs to withstand a variety of foot traffic, including wet surfaces from pool users and shower users. The tile flooring also needs to withstand exposure to residual chemicals from the pool water that is transported in by pool users. Lastly, Epoxy grout will be needed to form the seal between the tiles and the substrate to prevent water seepage. Acceptance Deadline 10/06/2023 07:00 PM EDT
