In most areas, after the mill, the leveling course is laid and is then followed by the 1.5 or 2 overlay. Numerous water valve, manhole and survey monument lids shall be adjusted to finished grade. In addition to the work listed above, a pre- and post-construction survey of one survey monument will be performed and submitted to the City. Following paving, street striping will be installed.
