Renovation of a conference / convention center in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The Project will involve the following: exterior limestone repair and restoration, dismantling and reconstruction of existing parapet piers and parapet balustrades, repair and termination of existing roofing system, and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is located at the Iowa City Senior Center, 28 South Linn Street, Iowa City, Iowa. The following limitations shall apply to this Project: Substantial Completion: 365 Days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages: $240 per day exterior limestone repair and restoration, dismantling and reconstruction of existing parapet piers and balustrades except where noted otherwise,
