Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in White Haven, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

AS of March 7, 2024, all bids for this project have been rejected as they were over budget. The project is expected to be rebid, however, a rebid date has not been established as of yet. Penn Lake Park Borough Community Development Grant Project, generally comprised of the installation of two roadside drainage swales, asphalt paving, and all incidental work related thereto. All construction work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with alternate bids as indicated in the Bid Form Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" in an amount of 10% of Bidders maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of this project. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price.
