Renovation of a water / sewer project in White Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Amendment #1 - publishes RFI #1 questions and answers, and provides the applicable wage rate as requested in the RFIs. The US Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting for roof repairs at the FE Walter Dam Intake Tower. See attached solicitation and drawings for all specifications and salilent information. Quotes shall be submitted to the contract specialist by email no later than 11:00 AM EDT on May 1st, 2024. No hard copy quotes will be accepted. Questions can be submitted to the contract specialist at amanda.bellnier@usace.army.mil. RFIs should be submitted no later than April 22nd. The intent of this acquisition is to execute a service contract for roof repairs on the intake tower. The scope of work will include the full removal of the existing rubber roofing system and re-install a new 60 mil ethylene propylene diene terpolymer membrane (EPDM). The tower roof has several faulty areas that are currently leaking and has outlived its expected useful life.
